Pauline Delacroix was born Pauline Elisabeth Garnier on in Passy, and died on in Paris 15th.

Younger sister of Jules Arsène Garnie (1847-1889) who taught her watercolor, she married the painter Henry Eugène Delacroix (1845-1930) in Suresnes. Pauline Delacroix had her workshop with her husband at No. 22 rue de Douai Paris 3rd.

In 1895, she received the grand prize at the Union of Women Painters and Sculptors, of which she became vice-president. In 1909, she obtained a third class medal at the Salon.
