Joseph-Alfred PONSIN (1842-1899) active in Paris between 1878 and 1884. Joseph-André PONSIN, also called the “Vitrarius”, was a comedian and songwriter. He became a renowned master glassmaker in the last quarter of the 19th century. He notably decorated Sarah Bernhardt’s mansion and is exhibited at the Carnavalet Museum.
